Before you start filling out the form, make sure you have high quality files of your logo and profile pictures. You can attach the images to the form below, or provide a link to your DropBox or other cloud service. Please reference your unit number or business name in the file and folder names.
What files can we accept
Logo x 1 - Vector files preferred - Adobe Illustrator AI. Other vector fomats - SVG, EPS, PDF or Affinity Designer. High quality PNG is also acceptable.
Profile Images x 3 - High-quality images in JPG, PNG, RAW, TIFF or WEBP format. (iPhone HEIC format is okay).
